Phone survey April 2016, summary of findings
A phone survey of a limited sample of contacts in Norges Bank's regional network was conducted in the period 18-21 April 2016. All the regions were represented in the survey and 73 private sector contacts were interviewed. The interviews focused on developments in output since February.
In February (survey 1/2016), regional network enterprises expected the level of output to remain broadly unchanged over the next six months. Information gathered at the end of April indicates that developments in overall activity have been approximately in line with enterprises' expectations in February. Expectations regarding output growth ahead have changed little since February.
