New user F-auction
The F-loan is the primary instrument used to provide liquidity to the banking system. Norges Bank reduces the quantity of reserves in the banking system by providing banks with F-deposits.
Creating super users in Nekst for access to F-auctions (pertains to new system setup from 28 April 2021):
- Send e-mail to likviditet@norges-bank.no with name, date of birth and e-mail for the organisation's designated super user(s). Signed terms and conditions must be attached (see document links in menu at right).
- Norges Bank creates super user(s) on behalf of the counterparty. The super user(s) completes the registration by following the instructions in an e-mail from Norges Bank.
- After the super user(s) completes the registration, Norges Bank will approve the super user(s). The super user(s) can now administer access to F-auctions for users in his or her organisation.
