Change to the guidelines for pledging collateral for loans from Norges Bank
Norges Bank has decided to accept credit ratings from Scope Ratings in its guidelines for pledging collateral for loans from Norges Bank.
On 24 June 2022, Norges Bank approved changes to the guidelines for pledging collateral for loans, effective from 31 August. The changes were in line with the consultation submission of 3 February 2022, with the exception of the proposal to accept credit ratings from Scope, which was deferred for further study.
The changes enters into force on 4 November 2022.
