Norges Bank's Strategy 2026-2028
Today, Norges Bank has published its strategy for the next three years.
The strategy stakes out a course for both Central Banking and Norges Bank Investment Management.
Norges Bank performs critical national missions.
“The missions are firmly established and guide all we do. At the same time, the world around us is changing. We must build on our strengths and experience while taking the necessary steps to modernise and adapt. Strategy 28 describes our key priorities for the coming three years," says Governor Ida Wolden Bache.
The strategy was adopted by Norges Bank's Executive Board on 19 November 2025.
