The conference aims to assess how well inflation targeting (IT) regimes have performed so far, what lessons can be learnt from the experience and what challenges lie ahead. The conference will cover issues related to the implementation and performance of IT regimes across countries and over time, focusing also on types and sources of problems that may arise in the future. The programme committee will select ten to twelve papers for presentation at the conference. The papers accepted will be considered for publication in a conference volume at a good academic publisher (e.g. Cambridge University Press). We aim to publish the book within one year of the conference.
