CSV files are text files in which the data are delimited by semi-colons. CSV files can be opened from within spreadsheets and the data will then be separated into rows and columns. Proceed as follows:

• Rightclick on the link and choose "Save", and save the file locally on your computer.
• Start Excel (or the spreadsheet system you use)
• Select "File", "Open" and open the file you have just stored. The data will now appear in rows and columns in your preadsheet.
