Gruppen som har utført evalueringen har vært ledet av tidligere forskningssjef i Federal Reserve Board, Myron Kwast. I tillegg har gruppen bestått av professor Steinar Holden fra Universitetet i Oslo, spesialrådgiver Iman van Lelyveld og rådgiver Demelza Jurcevic, begge fra De Nederlandsche Bank.
Gruppen konkluderer med at
"… Norges Bank’s overall approach to stress testing is highly innovative, economically sound, largely transparent to policymakers and the public and generally should be considered at the top end of best practice at central banks and bank supervisory agencies in developed nations." (s. 2).
