Norges Bank published today the first invitation to tender in the swap arrangement for securities. The auction will be held on Monday 24 November. Please note that the Ministry of Finance has expanded the range of eligible covered bonds in relation to those specified in Norges Bank’s Circular no. 7 / 14 November 2008. The change has been included in the invitation to tender.
