CSV files are text files in which the data are delimited by comma. CSV files can be opened from within spreadsheets and the data will then be separated into rows and columns. Proceed as follows:
- Rightclick on the link and choose "Save", and save the file locally on your computer
- Start Excel (or the spreadsheet system you use)
- Select "File", "Open" and open the file you have just stored. Follow the instruction in your spreadsheet. The data will appear in rows and columns in your preadsheet.
