Auction calendar for the exchange of government securities for covered bonds

The auction calendar for the exchange of government securities for covered bonds (OMF) provides information about the auctions planned in the period July 2009 to December 2009. For the period July – September 2009, the information also specifies the maximum auction volume and the Treasury bill to be expanded in connection with the swap arrangement.

The invitation to tender will be published three days prior to the auction. Financial institutions that intend to participate in the auction must supply a prospectus of the covered bonds that are to be included in the swap no later than two days before the auction (see Circular no. 8/26. May 2009 for a description of the terms for participating in the swap arrangement).

Auction calendar:

The auctions announced may be cancelled or supplemented with ad hoc auctions.
