The normal borrowing period is four weeks, but the library may set shorter borrowing periods for material which is in great demand. Reference works and periodicals may be used within the library only.
Photocopying:
NOK 60 per article (1-50 pages)
NOK 150 per article (more than 50 pages)
Minimum amount per invoice: NOK 100.
Surcharge for faxing photocopies: NOK 100.
In the event of loss of or damage to publications borrowed from the Norges Bank library, the borrower will be liable to pay compensation to the library.
The following charges apply for compensation for lost material:
NOK 250 for unbound (stapled) publications.
NOK 500 for bound publications.
Alternatively, the borrower may purchase a replacement copy and deliver this to the library.
Borrowers who have received a demand for compensation are not permitted to borrow further publications from the library until such time as the demand for compensation has been satisfied or the missing publications have been returned.
