Deputy Governor Jan F. Qvigstad is giving a speech at the Foreign Exchange Seminar of the Association of Norwegian Economists at Lysebu in Oslo. The speech will not be published on the Bank’s website, but is based on the Executive Board’s interest rate decision of 3 February 2010, and a speech given on 8 December 2009.
